Break Free from Codependency
Virtual counseling and therapy in Miami-Dade to help you foster healthy and rewarding relationships.
Do healthy relationships really exist?
The truth is, you've let your relationships dictate what happens in your life. You've never really known what you want or how to get it in life and you are tired of relying on people to tell you what to do or how to feel. You gained weight after your last partner left. It has been hard to sleep yourself and you wake up every morning feeling sick, and bloated because you have been stuffing your emotions with alcohol, pot, and food.
You have been in so many unhealthy relationships that you cannot understand why it really happens. You notice that your friends are married and have grown-up kids now, and although you are happy for them, you feel envious and deeply sad as something is missing. And as you compare your life with your friends you feel resentful as you have not been to build a life with a loved one, neither to raise a family. You feel inappropriate and keep asking “what is wrong with me?”
Now, you realize that you are by yourself again and there is no one to rescue you. You feel inappropriate and keep asking “what is wrong with me?” Now, you realize that you are by yourself again and there is no one to rescue you.
You want to share your life with the right person.
You want to experience a healthy relationship with a loved one and stop repeating unhealthy patterns of relationships. You no longer want somebody because you've always been used to having someone in your bed.
Being in therapy with me you will learn to explore unhealthy patterns across your relationships and the family lineage in order to break free from any negativity that stops you from keeping healthy relationships. We will connect the dots of why the patterns of hurt continue so you can make changes to feel confident and strong on your own. Upon termination, you will feel renewed and empowered, with improved self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-care, and ultimately ready to start healthier patterns of relationships.
