Feeling Depressed Due to Chronic Diseases?
Therapy and wellness coach in Miami to help you enhance your quality of life and wellbeing.
Your physical health is making you very anxious.
You are always in some level of physical pain, and you have to combine several medications to have some relief. You know that your chronic pain will trigger your depression, and you have tried to meditate, go for a walk, and talk to somebody to try at least control the pain.
You try hard to function as best as you can, with no success. When you put your life in perspective, you ask yourself, “Am I going to live with pain all my life?” “When will this nightmare stop?” And this uncertainty about living about your future and living with pain is escalating your anxiety and depression. Last night, night sweats woke you up, but when it happens, your abdomen also hurts, so you don’t question anymore. You just say, “okay, this is part of my life,” and you wait for the medications to start working, and then you get your day going. You feel so depressed as you do not find a way to leave this cycle of pain.
You want to release your physical and emotional pain.
When in therapy with me, we will address your physical and emotional complaints, exploring and healing negative emotions and family patterns of chronic disease to ease your physical and emotional suffering. I like to work cooperatively with medical doctors. I might help you set and follow through with clear goals to significantly improve your health. We will learn how to organize your routine, follow through with your medical regime, and change habits necessary to improve your quality of life.
We will customize and or adapt body-mind techniques according to your necessities. Those techniques include breathing, guided imagery, hypnotherapy, yoga therapy to help to alleviate your pain and improve wellbeing.
Many clients report that they have learned to better take care of themselves and release and extinguish pain. Others say that learning to mourn for a healthy body is very important to start a new cycle of life and care.
